Random movie picker

Follow these one-time steps (see guiding screenshot below this list):

1. Go to the iMDB website in another tab or window: www.imdb.com
2. In the upper right corner, do you see your account/name (pink square)? Then proceed to step 3.
   If not, you should see a link 'Other Sign in options', click on it. Then choose one of the options to create an account or sign-in to your existing account.
3. Assuming you are signed-in, click on the 'Watchlist' button (orange square).

4. Go to step 5 if your watchlist is filled or if you don't want to add more movies or TV series today.

   If your watchlist is empty, make sure to fill it with movies and/or TV series before using MovieHint, because any updates to it can take up to 24 hours before you see them reflected on MovieHint.
   

   Click here to see how to add items to your watchlist:

   • Search for a movie or TV-serie by entering its name into the search box on the top of the page (blue square).
   • The results will show below the search box, choose the desired movie or TV-series by clicking on it.
   • Once the movie or serie's page has loaded, click on the bookmark icon (green square) next to the title to add it to your watchlist.
   • Repeat if you want to add more items to your watchlist.

   
   
5. When you're done filling your watchlist and want to pick an entry, either:
   • Go to your IMDB-watchlist page (orange square), click on the 'EDIT' button and then copy the part from the url that reads 'ls000xxxxxx'.
   • Or add the following bookmarklet (the blue button) to your browsers favorites bar by dragging it (not clicking it).

     Then go to your IMDb-watchlist page, and press the bookmarklet from your bookmarks bar. Then copy the highlighted code that starts with ls and then some numbers.
     
     The bookmarklet will allow you to fetch the watchlist ID that is needed.
     It won't do anything besides retrieving the watchlist ID. And you can remove the boomarklet afterwards.
6. Now use the copied code/watchlist-id in to the form on MovieHint, and press 'Randomzie', that's it! The next time you visit MovieHint, your list ID will already be entered because it was stored in a cookie. So you can just hit 'Randomize'. Good luck discovering what to watch!
